Cabbage and pork pot stickers
Overview
After returning to my hometown, I seldom eat pan-fried and fried pot stickers~~~What we eat here is more red oil, clear soup, and dry mix~~~I was greedy for a while, and finally made this "Cabbage and Pork Pot Stickers" on the weekend~~~

Prepare the raw materials. You only need 1 green onion for the meat filling, and 2 more for frying;

Chop the pork, cabbage, and ginger into mince and mix them together; mince 1 shallot and mix it into the meat; chop 2 shallots and set aside;

Add appropriate amount of salt, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil to the minced meat;

Stir evenly in one direction until the minced meat becomes gelatin;

Prepare the dumpling wrappers; spread the dumpling wrappers in the palm of your hand and add an appropriate amount of minced meat;

Fold the dumpling skin in the middle and pinch the tops together; everything is done;

Brush the electric baking pan with an appropriate amount of vegetable oil, turn on the power, and press the "preheat" button;

After the "preheating" is completed, place the pot stickers on the electric baking pan, leaving some space between the pot stickers so as not to stick together;

Close the lid and press the "Meat Patty/Potsticks" button;

When the electric baking pan prompts, pour an appropriate amount of water into the electric baking pan; the water should cover one-fifth of the pot stickers; cover the lid and perform the "Meat Patties/Potatoes" again;

Watch the time on the electric pan. When it is almost over, sprinkle in the chopped green onions and close the lid;

Fry the bottom of the pot stickers until they are browned, then you are ready to serve;

When the electric baking pan beeps, open the lid and put it on a plate.
