First prepare the octopus croquette pot, there are electric and gas ones, you can choose according to your personal preference.

Add water to the main ingredients, stir evenly and sieve, and cut the auxiliary ingredients into granules.

Heat the pot, pour oil into each round hole, turn down the heat, pour half of the batter, and then add all the ingredients into the batter one by one. You can add whatever dishes you want, there is no set formula.

When the batter is set, use a fork to flip the balls, then pour in a small amount of batter, continue to flip until the balls become round, and you're done.
