Wash and drain the ingredients to be marinated

Blanch the washed chicken feet and other ingredients in cold water in a pot and let cool.

Prepare a packet of homemade braised seasoning or prepare your own seasoning packet

Pour in the homemade braised seasoning, add an appropriate amount of star anise, an appropriate amount of cinnamon, fennel, green peppercorns, and ginger and bring to a boil over high heat

Pour the chicken feet into the pot, add an appropriate amount of salt and boil again, turn off the heat over medium-low heat for 10 minutes, and soak in the stew for 3 hours (adjust the heat according to the size of the ingredients)
