Griddle Cauliflower

Overview

I especially like to eat dry-pot cauliflower. I love it as much as broccoli. The dry-pot cauliflower stir-fried with fat meat is particularly fragrant. Friends who like it can try it!

  1. Peel the fat and cut into thin slices;

  2. Tear the cauliflower into small florets and clean.

  3. Put the cauliflower into boiling water, boil for 40 seconds, remove from the cold water, drain and set aside;

  4. Sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of water, mix well and set aside;

  5. Pour a thin layer of oil into the pot, add the fat and stir-fry over low heat until the oil comes out,

  6. Add dried chilies, garlic cloves and ginger slices;

  7. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for a while, pour in the sauce and continue to stir-fry.

  8. Add appropriate amount of salt to adjust the saltiness.

  9. Add chicken essence, mix well and take it out of the pan.
