Griddle Cauliflower
Overview
I especially like to eat dry-pot cauliflower. I love it as much as broccoli. The dry-pot cauliflower stir-fried with fat meat is particularly fragrant. Friends who like it can try it!

Peel the fat and cut into thin slices;

Tear the cauliflower into small florets and clean.

Put the cauliflower into boiling water, boil for 40 seconds, remove from the cold water, drain and set aside;

Sauce: 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoon of dark soy sauce, half a spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of water, mix well and set aside;

Pour a thin layer of oil into the pot, add the fat and stir-fry over low heat until the oil comes out,

Add dried chilies, garlic cloves and ginger slices;

Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for a while, pour in the sauce and continue to stir-fry.
