Chop the beef into pieces.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and blanch in boiling water.

Heat the oil in the wok, add the minced beef and stir-fry until it changes colour, and pour some cooking wine.

Add the bean paste and stir-fry the red oil over low heat.

Add chili powder and ginger and stir well.

Add appropriate amount of hot water, add tofu, salt and soy sauce. After boiling, cover and simmer.

When the soup reduces, add water starch to thicken it. Sprinkle with green onions.

Transfer to a bowl and sprinkle with pepper powder.
