Braised small yellow croaker

Braised small yellow croaker

Overview

I was rummaging through the refrigerator today and saw a few small yellow croakers, so I took them out and made dinner. I remember I bought them some time ago. I made them once and it didn’t taste very good. It was very fishy. Maybe it was because the seasonings were not put in place. I decided to make them tonight to see if I can change the taste. Sure enough, the one I made this time was really delicious. It didn’t smell fishy at all and it tasted delicious

  4. After the pan is hot, pour in the oil for frying. You must master the principle of hot pan and cool oil. Do not turn the fish over immediately after adding it. Be sure to wait a while for the fish to fry to a golden crunch before flipping it so the fish doesn't fall apart.

  5. Reuse the onion, ginger, and garlic used to marinate the fish. Pour pepper, thirteen spices, and chicken essence into it. Pour the remaining red wine and cooking wine into it, and add soy sauce, salt, and sugar to make a sauce.

  6. Pour the sauce from the dumpling into the fish pot, then add an appropriate amount of hot water and simmer over high heat. After boiling the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes before there is not much soup left in the pot. You can turn off the heat and put it on the plate.
