Overview

The steamed pork is alternately fat and lean, soft, glutinous and sweet, fat but not greasy. The rice noodles are oily, sticky but not greasy. It has a rich aroma and is suitable for all ages. It is a traditional home-cooked dish loved by the people.

  1. Wash the pork belly and slice it into slices.

  2. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut into pieces.

  3. Add steamed pork rice noodles to the pork belly.

  4. Add bean paste, soy sauce, cooking wine, chicken essence, salad oil and a small amount of water. Wash the old ginger, chop it and add it.
