An unforgettable hometown delicacy------[Sanding Zhajiang Noodles]
Overview
My son loved the Sanding Jjajang Noodles I made at noon last Saturday. Zhajiang Noodles are very popular in my family, followed by Braised Noodles. My family rarely eats sesame sauce noodles. Maybe it’s because I didn’t like eating them since I was a child, so my son doesn’t like them too much like me. It’s good to eat them once in a while, haha! Making fried noodles reminds me of my mother at home. Whether it is meat fried noodles or egg fried noodles mixed with noodles, they are all very delicious. As long as we eat noodles on any day, my brothers and sisters will definitely eat an extra bowl, so every time my mother will make more fried sauce and noodles, and everyone will have a round belly after eating. When it comes to what is the most delicious, the food cooked by my mother is the most delicious, and no one can compare with it!
