Overview

That time I actually ordered it in a medium-sized restaurant. The dish came with a large plate, which was fried with shredded potatoes, eggs, and pork, plus a few small pancakes. The shape of the pancakes was just like Huangqiao sesame pancakes. As a home-made condiment, tempeh is suitable for relieving the fishy smell when cooking fish.
