Take a bag of konjac.

Cut the accessories into pieces and set aside.

Heat oil over medium heat and stir-fry Sichuan peppercorns, dried chili peppers, green onion segments and ginger slices until fragrant. Turn up the heat and stir-fry the pork until it changes color. Add bean paste and cooking wine and stir-fry for about a minute. Add in the chopped konjac. Add beef powder, purified water and white sugar. After the juice is reduced for about a minute, add the chili segments and garlic slices. Stir-fry until the peppers are broken.
