-
Prepare basic ingredients.
-
Chop the ginger into small pieces, place it on the meat, and sprinkle with a spoonful of salt.
-
Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, turn on the heat and wait until the oil is hot.
-
Once the oil is hot, pour the hot oil over the ginger.
-
Adjust the stuffing, add 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 3 spoons of pepper powder, half a spoon of five-spice powder, and mix well.
-
Chop the scallions into chopped green onions, sprinkle into the meat filling and mix well.
-
Take the wonton wrapper and put the filling on the wonton wrapper first.
-
Fold it first.
-
Fold it again.
-
Fold the two sides together and press firmly.
-
The wontons are ready.
-
Chop the cilantro and set aside.
-
Shred the kelp and slice or shred the egg pancake.
-
Boil water in a small pot, add kelp, egg slices, seaweed, and dried shrimps to the pot. Add 2 tablespoons of white pepper, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken juice, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, and 1 tablespoon of salt. After boiling, sprinkle some chopped green onion for freshness.
-
Boil water in a large pot and cook the wontons after the water boils. (Because the wonton skin is relatively thin, when cooking, add cold water twice after boiling, and remove from the pot immediately after boiling again. This will ensure that the filling is cooked and the skin is not rotten)
-
After cooking, ladle in the cooked soup, sprinkle with coriander, and you're ready to eat!
-
According to personal taste, you can add vinegar and salt if necessary. I like spicy food, so I added spicy oil! More appetite! Hope you all like it 😊
