【Two Barbie cakes】
Overview
There are two kinds of Barbie, one is Christmas style and the other is delicate style, both are covered with light cream. Whenever I make a cake with pigments like this, I insist on using original-colored light cream for the interlayer, and only cover the outside with a layer of colored cream. Although they are all imported trial pigments, which are not harmful to the body, they do not contain any nutrients after all, so I might as well not use them.

(In addition, beat 100 grams of cream with 8 grams of fine sugar and a little pink pigment for the final smearing. If you don’t care about the pigment, you can whip all 500 grams of whipped cream into pink)

Spread the excess white cream to avoid wastage. Beat the last 100 grams of cream with 8 grams of fine sugar and a little pink coloring for the final smearing.
