Melancholy sweet cream cup cake
Overview
After watching the 4th season of Broke Sisters, my biggest wish was to eat max cup cakes. The sight of those small cakes made me appetite. Finally, one day, I found Jun Zhida’s recipe and made the cup cakes I dreamed of.

As always, have your materials ready! (Only the ingredients for making the cake are shown in the picture, the ingredients for the buttercream frosting are not shown)

Sift the cake flour and baking powder together

Add fine sugar and mix well

Add beaten eggs, milk (30ml), and melted butter (100g). Put the butter in the microwave and it will melt in 30-40 seconds

Use a rubber spatula to mix thoroughly

Until it becomes a smooth batter, you can put the batter into the mold. I bought a new batter squeezer yesterday and couldn't wait to try it! ) If you don’t have this, you can just use a spoon. . . )

Just fill each mold 2/3 full, put it in an oven preheated to 185 degrees, and bake for 15 to 20 minutes

During this waiting time, we will make the decorative buttercream. After the butter (100g) is softened, add powdered sugar and beat with a whisk for about 5 minutes

Just beat it into a fluffy look

Add honey, condensed milk, vanilla extract, rum, lemon juice all at once, then beat well with a whisk

Then add the remaining 30ml of milk and continue to beat

Beat it into a smooth and delicate state and you’re ready to use

The cake is almost ready at this time. After taking it out, cool it to room temperature and then start decorating it. Cut off the sharp points on the cake with a knife and then cut it in half

Fill a piping bag with buttercream, pipe it into the shape you like, smooth it out with a spatula, and then use the newly cut tip to make a small decoration ~ Dang Dang Dang, the cake is complete!
