Use light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt, chicken essence, starch and appropriate amount of water to make the sauce.

Wash the zucchini, remove the flesh, and slice the carrots into slices.

Add water to the pot, bring to a boil, blanch the zucchini, drain and cool down and set aside.

Blanch the carrots and set aside.

Add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, add chopped green onion and garlic slices when the oil is hot and sauté until fragrant.

Add soybean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the carrot slices and stir-fry for a while.

Add the zucchini and stir-fry for a while.

Pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry until the soup thickens and remove from the pan.

The sauce is fragrant and goes perfectly with rice.
