Chop the pork ribs into pieces and soak in water for one hour

Add cooking wine to a pot of cold water and blanch to remove the blood foam

Add water to the soup pot, add the ribs, green onions, ginger, star anise, pepper, cinnamon, and bay leaves. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes

Add oil to the hot pan, stir-fry the sugar over low heat
