Eggs and lean meat are both one of the main ingredients in the family. They are cheap and nutritious. Break 4 eggs into a bowl, add some salt and chicken powder and mix well

Then pour the cooled stock in step 2 into a bowl and mix well. Be gentle to avoid too many bubbles. The ratio of egg liquid to stock is about 1:1

Gently pour the mixed egg liquid in the bowl into the plate. If possible, you can filter it before pouring it into the plate. The effect will be better

Place a cover on top of the plate, place the plate in a pot of boiling water, cover it, and steam over high heat for five to six minutes
