Leek and egg pie

I was alone at home at noon, and I suddenly missed my mother’s vegetable chive pie. So, I tried to do it myself~

Make the dough first and leave it alone.

Start preparing the stuffing. Chop the leeks, fry the dough and eggs. There are also fans from my hometown. Put them all together, add seasonings and mix well.

First wrap into buns, then gently press into cakes with your hands.

Put in electric baking pan.
