The beef shank meat I bought was specially marinated. It tastes really good and chews very fragrantly, but it needs to be cooked for a longer time so that the beef can be cooked thoroughly.

  9. Cover the pot and braise it over medium-low heat for more than an hour. I braised it for an hour and a half. The meat is delicious and chewy.

  11. Take out the hard-boiled eggs and smash them with the back of a knife to make them more delicious.

  13. Cut it and put it on the plate. The salt taste is very suitable in every aspect. It is an absolute snack.
