Cut the pork into thin slices. The meat should be lean. You can choose tenderloin or tenderloin.

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, thirteen spices, starch, and eggs to the sliced meat, stir evenly, and marinate for 20 minutes.

Put oil in the pot. When the oil temperature reaches 60-70% hot, add the marinated meat slices.
