Beef roasted in red wine

Beef roasted in red wine

Overview

This is an authentic French meal with complicated steps and a long time. In Delicious Relations, Julia spent six hours making this dish. My mom bought very fresh beef today, so I thought about stewing it with red wine and trying it this time. Time is limited, and I really don’t have many ingredients, so I want to make a simple popular version. The effect is good, the fishy smell is removed and the taste of red wine is not noticeable. I always think that potatoes and carrots go well with beef, so I added potatoes and carrots.

  10. Pour in boiling water, add two spoons of red wine, bring to a boil, and pour into the casserole. At this time, put the ingredients bag in, continue to boil and simmer for about fifty minutes, add potatoes and carrots, and simmer for another ten or twenty minutes. (We can taste it when adding potatoes. If the salt is not enough, add an appropriate amount of seasoning, or add a little fresh vegetables to taste, depending on your preference, because adding red wine and rock sugar will already taste very fresh)
