Bayu and Clam Dumplings

The main raw material is Spanish mackerel.

The main raw material is clams. Choose fresh clams.

Add appropriate amount of water to the flour and mix into a dough, let it rest for 20 minutes.

Blanch clams in boiling water until they open.

Remove the clams, remove their shells, remove impurities, wash and set aside.

Peel the skin and bones of the Spanish mackerel, chop into minced fish together with the minced ginger and set aside. (I was afraid that the chopping board would be difficult to clean, so I covered it with tin foil)
