Overview

I have been cooped up at home for several months, eating this and that every day without exercising. Today I am making a relatively light meal, with a nutritious mix of meat and vegetables.   1. Wash the zucchini, remove the heads and tails, then cut into 1cm thick slices.

(If you have an electric pan at home, you can use an electric pan to make it without turning it over.) I don’t want to take it, so I just use a non-stick pan to make it. You can put a little oil or no oil.
