Add flour, yeast, water, and salt to the bread bucket, run the dough mixing program, and get it done with one click. During the dough rising process, prepare the bun filling. The filling preparation method will not be introduced in detail here

After the dough is fermented, start the kneading process, add some dry powder and knead it into a ball

Take out the dough and roll it into strips. Divide the dough into dough pieces. Cover with plastic wrap and rest for 10 minutes. Then roll it into a dough

Start making buns

After the pot is hot, place the buns in, add water to cover 2/3 of the way, cover the pot, and simmer over medium-low heat

After the water in the pot dries up, sprinkle with sesame seeds and fry in vegetable oil

Fry until browned and serve
