Steps
-
Prepare materials.
-
Shred the kidney beans, wash and dice them, cut red peppers and green onions and set aside.
-
Heat the cold oil in the pan and add peppercorns until fragrant.
-
Add red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add pork belly stuffing and stir-fry over medium-low heat until it changes color.
-
Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and vinegar. The ratio can be adjusted according to personal taste. I prefer the ratio of light soy sauce to vinegar is 2:1. Add a little sugar and kidney beans and stir-fry evenly.
-
Add an appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil. When the kidney beans are mature, they are ready to be cooked. I didn't add salt and chicken essence because the light soy sauce and oyster sauce are both salty and fresh.
-
Add water to a pot and bring to a boil, add noodles until cooked and place in a bowl.
-
Pour the saozi soup and sprinkle with green onions and serve.
-
Spicy and delicious.
