Prepare ingredients: Prepare soybean sprouts from the supermarket, 1 handful of leeks, and half a carrot.

Wash the soybean sprouts in a drain basket.

Wash the leeks, cut off the tails and cut into sections, and grate the carrots.

Add carrot shreds to hot pan and stir-fry with cold oil.

Add the minced onion, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add leeks and bean sprouts and stir-fry.
