  6. Add a little salad oil to the frying pan and fry the tofu over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until the tofu is golden brown. Season with salt and pepper;

  7. Soak the Vietnamese spring roll wrappers in water for about 1 minute, gently shake off excess water and place on a cutting board. Arrange tofu, carrots, red peppers, sesame seeds, scallions and chopped herbs in a layer in the middle of the rice paper. Finally, top with peanut butter;
