Boiled quail eggs

Peel off the skin and set aside

Boil water in a pot, blanch the pork ribs for 5 minutes, remove the foam, and set aside

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot, add peppercorns, aniseed, dried chili peppers, green onions, ginger, and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant

Pour in the blanched pork ribs and stir-fry

Fry until the ribs are golden brown, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir-fry for half a minute

Add boiling water to cover the ribs, add sugar, vinegar, salt and quail eggs, cook for about 30 minutes
