Spicy Chicken
Overview
Even though I don’t like spicy food, I still fall in love with spicy food. The spicy chicken seems spicy, but it tastes within the acceptable range for me, and I feel that this dish goes well with rice. Yizishuang found that I like spicy food more and more, especially Hunan cuisine. I owe my love to Hunan cuisine to my idol Jiang Hu who taught me the secret of cooking Hunan cuisine overnight. Wash and cut the chicken legs into pieces, add cooking wine soy sauce, sugar, salt, onion and garlic and marinate for 2 hours.

Prepare the ingredients, dried chili peppers, Sichuan peppercorns, garlic and ginger slices. Chop dry chilies.

Heat some oil in a pan, add marinated chicken pieces and fry until golden brown and take out.

Serve the fried chicken pieces on a plate and set aside.

After frying the chicken pieces, leave an appropriate amount of base oil and add dried chili peppers to stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add Sichuan peppercorns and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add the fried chicken pieces, add an appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry together.

Finally add a spoonful of cooked white sesame seeds and stir-fry and turn off the heat.
