Wash and chop the chicken into large pieces and set aside

Use a spoon to mix the sauce evenly until the chicken is all coloured, stir-fry for about three to four minutes, then add half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for a few minutes until the juice is almost reduced. If it is a domesticated chicken, add more water, because the meat of this kind of chicken is hard and firm, and it will be difficult to simmer if there is less water

After the juice is almost gone, add the remaining chili peppers and other ingredients, stir-fry, and add salt and MSG to taste
