Overview

Beef brisket, seasoned and cut into pieces. Because the beef will shrink, don't cut it too small. Put cold water in a pot, boil the water for one minute and then rinse it

Pour all ingredients and seasonings into a casserole with stock and cook over high heat

After the water boils, turn to the lowest simmer. Simmering mine usually takes three or four hours
