Steamed Fish Nuggets with Black Bean Sauce

Steamed Fish Nuggets with Black Bean Sauce

Overview

I tried using different methods to make fish fillets. When I was heating leftover fish in the microwave that day, I suddenly had an idea. Why not use a microwave to make the fish fillets that are already flavored have a dry and fragrant texture? I tried it once and it was pretty good, so I’d like to share it.

Steps

  1. To clean the fish meat, I use the two pieces of meat from the back of the fish. It has fewer thorns and thick meat, and it tastes delicious.

  2. Cut the fish into pieces, add salt and sugar, a little more salt, the sugar will just soften the taste, just a little bit will do it.
