Shanghai vegetarian duck
Overview
Many people like vegetarian duck, but the ready-made ones bought from outside feel too oily. Today, when healthy diets with less salt, less sugar, and less oil are advocated, it does not often appear on everyone's dining tables. Don't worry now, I have slightly improved the way of making it. The nutritious tofu skin is combined with soy sauce, and the rich red sauce is full of Shanghai flavor.

Steps
-
tablespoon soy sauce and MSG mixed into soy sauce and set aside
-
Spread the mixed sauce evenly on the tofu skin, then cover with a new tofu skin
-
The whole package of tofu skin is folded and rolled up. It can be tied with cotton thread to prevent it from falling apart during cooking
-
Heat the pan, pour in vegetable oil, put the folded tofu skin into the pan and fry until both sides are golden; add the remaining 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, cinnamon, peppercorns, white sugar and a small bowl of water, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to a low heat to reduce the juice
-
After the juice is reduced, turn off the heat, wait for it to cool, then cut into strips and serve on a plate
