I started preparing the ingredients last night. After searching for a long time, a bunch of medicinal ingredients someone gave me before were all moldy. Afraid of eating bad people, I threw them all away. I went to the drugstore and bought some. The weather is gloomy. Drink some soup and your body will feel much warmer. For people like me who are afraid of the cold, drinking soup in winter is essential.

  1. Wash the barrel bones with hot water.

  2. Soak in cold water for 3 hours, changing the water twice during the process, to soak out the blood in the tube bones.

  5. Wash the morels and soak them in warm water for 30 minutes. Cut the gastrodia elata into slices and soak them in water for 2 hours. Wash the red dates and wolfberry and set aside.

  6. Boil water in a pot until it boils and add ginger cooking wine. Then add the washed drum bones and bring to a boil.

  7. Pour everything into the purple clay pot and add the soaked Gastrodia elata. Pour in the water for soaking Gastrodia elata and the water for soaking morels together.

  8. Turn on the power and cook over high heat for 1.5 hours.

  9. After 1.5 hours, add red dates and morels and cook for 30 minutes.
