【Roasted Duck with Mushrooms】
Overview
Duck meat is a common ingredient in our family. It is often used to stew or roast meat. However, my son always seems not to like two-leg food. Considering that duck meat nourishes yin and is a good food for growing children, it is the mother's responsibility to find ways to make children eat more. This time I used shiitake mushrooms. In order to remove the fishy smell of duck meat, I added some spices and stir-fried it, then simmered it. When the aroma wafted out of the kitchen, my son couldn't hold it anymore. During the meal, he lowered his head and gnawed on the duck meat, shouting that it was delicious.
