Pork Ribs with Tomato Sauce
Overview
Sweet and sour short ribs are sour and sweet, and the more you chew, the more delicious they become. It is an enduring Shanghai dish. This time, I used an air fryer to fry the ribs first. Almost no oil was used, and the texture is almost the same as deep-frying. Finally, the tomato sauce was burned into a sweet and sour sauce and blended with the ribs before enjoying.
