Boiled beef balls
Overview
It rained for two days in a row, and the temperature dropped by ten degrees. The autumn wind blew the fallen leaves all over the courtyard, making it desolate. After cleaning the yard, my husband rubbed his hands and said he really wanted to eat sulukofte. I was thinking about what to have for dinner and suddenly thought it was a good idea. Sulukofte is a local version of boiled beef balls. It is simple to make but delicious and is a very classic Turkish family dish. After a full meal of meatballs and bread dipped in soup, the family enjoyed the meal and the dishes were cleared in an instant.
