Sliced fish with garlic sauce
Overview
I like to eat hairtail. My dad used to eat it like this when I was a kid, so I learned it. The hairtail is charred on the outside and tender on the inside, and tastes great 😋

Remove the head and internal organs of the hairtail fish, cut into small pieces, wash, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of cooking wine, a little salt, and an appropriate amount of pepper and marinate for a while

Wash the garlic and cut into 2cm long pieces

Put water in a pot, add garlic, bring to a boil, and blanch the garlic until cooked. Remove the supercooled water to keep its color bright green
