Fried rice with pickled cabbage and minced meat
Overview
A lot of sauerkraut is pickled by itself. It's because cabbage is cheap, and it's also because the government has made it one of the winter reserve vegetables. A big white cabbage weighs several kilograms and only costs 9 cents per kilogram. It costs more than 2 yuan and 50 cents in the market and supermarkets, and some are not as good as this cabbage. Chinese cabbage is so popular that everyone can buy one at a time. Fortunately, the vegetable store in front of my house is one of the vegetables put in reserve by the government. Every time I buy one, I wash it and soak it in a sauerkraut jar. I eat it several times. Whenever there is leftover rice, I add sauerkraut, eggs, ham, etc. and stir-fry it together. This is the taste my daughter likes.
