Prepare the materials first, including a pig ear and other accessories.

Boil a pot of water, add the following spices ☞Star anise, cinnamon, peppercorns, fragrant leaves, bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for about five to ten minutes to allow the spices to infuse.

Boil another pot of water, put the pig ears into the pot and remove them. Add a little ginger and cooking wine to the water to remove the smell. Before cutting it, wash it with salt and vinegar, then pick it up and then rinse it in the shower.

After the soup boils, add salt, sugar, dark soy sauce (soy sauce), light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic. Wash the pig scalp, remove it, add the boiled soup, bring to a boil over high heat for five minutes, then reduce to low heat and simmer for fifteen minutes until the soup thickens, then turn off the heat.
