Redshirt fish with soy sauce
Overview
I bought a big red shirt fish. In Mao's opinion, this kind of large ocean fish is more fragrant when braised or fried. If it is steamed, the meat will be slightly firmer, so I will cook it today. Combining strong-flavored ingredients like tempeh with fish meat allows the aroma of tempeh to penetrate into the fresh and sweet fish meat, and let the aroma of tempeh enter into the middle of the fish. These ingredients selflessly give each other, which is what some gourmets often say.
