  1. Apply a thin layer of oil to the enamel pot, wash the rice and put it into the pot, pour in water (the ratio of rice to water is 1:1 or if you like the rice to be softer, the ratio of rice to water is 1:1.5) and soak for an hour. After soaking the rice, add half a tablespoon of oil and mix well

  2. Cover the lid, bring to a boil over medium heat, then immediately turn to low heat for 10 minutes (minimum heat in the stove core)

  3. While the rice is cooking, slice the sausage, cut some shredded ginger, wash the rapeseed, take another pot and bring water to boil, add a few drops of oil to blanch the rapeseed, remove and drain

  4. After the rice is cooked, spread the sausage and shredded ginger on the rice, beat an egg in, cover the pot and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat, do not open the lid, continue to simmer with the lid on for 15 minutes

  5. Homemade sauce: 1 spoon of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of cold water, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of sugar, and half a spoon of sesame oil. Stir evenly. After the rice is simmered, add the rapeseed, top with the sauce, mix well and serve
