Overview

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. After the bream is processed, cut it with a knife on both sides, apply some salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.

  3. Chop ginger, onion, garlic, red pepper and green pepper.

  4. Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the fish.

  7. Add fish, appropriate amount of water, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp mature vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat.
