Braised bream
Overview
Bream fish has the effects of tonifying deficiency, replenishing the spleen, nourishing blood, dispelling wind, and strengthening the stomach. It can prevent anemia, hypoglycemia, hypertension, arteriosclerosis and other diseases.

Prepare ingredients.

After the bream is processed, cut it with a knife on both sides, apply some salt and marinate for about 10 minutes.

Chop ginger, onion, garlic, red pepper and green pepper.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the fish.

Fry until both sides are slightly brown.

Take out the fish, sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant, add the bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add fish, appropriate amount of water, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tsp mature vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt, bring to a boil, then turn to low heat.

Simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, pouring soup over the fish while cooking. You can also flip and cook.
