Frozen bagged Longli fish fillets, naturally defrosted;

Take about 200 grams, moisten with dry water and slice diagonally;

Put it into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, 0.5 teaspoon of pepper, 0.5 teaspoon of MSG, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, and 2 teaspoons of cornstarch;

Grip evenly and let sit.
