braised pork
Overview
Braised pork is the most common and favorite dish. Every household makes this dish, but the cooking methods are different. The two methods of braised pork introduced in A Tip of the Tongue are different. To make the red and attractive color, there are fried sugar-colored ones, dark soy sauce, and red yeast powder. Our family does not like sweetness, so we use red yeast powder to cook it. The color is really beautiful!
