Slice dried tofu.

Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and add pork.

Add green onions and ginger slices and bring to a boil over high heat.

Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, set aside and let cool.

Slice the cooked pork.

Chop the tempeh.

Heat oil in a pan, add black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the meat slices and saute until fragrant.

Add dried tofu and stir-fry for 30 seconds.

Add Maggi Fresh.

Stir well over high heat and serve on a plate.
