Braised Beef Oxtail with Rock Sugar
Overview
Beef contains very little fat! Perfect for your current diet! If you can't finish the stew in one pot, you can put it directly in the freezer of the refrigerator. Take it out when you want to eat it. Add a little kelp to the next bowl of ramen, heat up a few pieces of beef, and a simple bowl of beef ramen will make you very satisfied!

Clean beef and oxtail

Chop the oxtail into pieces according to the bone seams
