Spinach Omelette
Overview
The spinach in spring is very tender. After it is blanched and mixed with egg flour, it is made into pancakes with the help of an electric baking pan. It has all the nutrients for breakfast and is simple and easy to operate.

Wash the spinach and blanch it. There won’t be much spinach after blanching

Chop it up and put it in a large bowl

Break in 3 eggs and add appropriate amount of salt

Add a little pepper and mix well
