Add salt, pepper, chopped green onions to the pork stuffing, and stir. (Same as the method for mixing dumpling fillings.)

Thaw the shrimps and remove the stems from the mushrooms. Place the meat filling on the concave side of the mushroom tray-like shape, and spread it evenly. Place shrimps in the middle of the meat noodles. As shown in the picture.

Arrange the shiitake mushrooms stuffed with meat and shrimps on the plate one by one.

Can be placed in two layers for easy steaming.

The mushroom box needs to be steamed for twenty minutes. The picture shows the box of mushrooms that was steamed after 20 minutes. The soup on the plate is steamed out. If you think there is too much soup, you can add some portion here and there, as you will need to add more juice later.

Thicken the gravy (starch, soy sauce, oil, salt and chicken essence) in a wok. After pouring the sauce, scatter the carrot shreds, coriander shreds and green onion shreds on the dish. Done.
