Mushroom and Chicken Soup
Overview
Today's chicken soup is very delicious, because my mother feeds the chickens herself. Each chicken weighs about 3 kilograms. The meat is fragrant and the soup is fresh. It is delicious without any extra seasoning. Especially the elderly and children should drink more mushroom soup to increase their resistance.

Cut the chicken into small pieces and soak it in water to remove the blood. Place it in a pot under cold water to remove the blood foam. Boil the chicken for three to five minutes, take it out and set aside. Cut all the ingredients and set aside.
