Cut the chicken into pieces, add chives, garlic cloves, millet pepper and ginger slices.

Add oil, sugar and starch and marinate for 5 minutes.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the marinated chicken and stir-fry.

After the chicken is sautéed, pour 1 small bowl of water, add the aniseed and aromatic ingredients, cover and cook.

When the soup is almost dry, add the remaining garlic cloves and minced coriander and stir-fry for a few times before serving.
